The Stir Fry:

1. Place noodles in WOK or large frying pan
2. Add Sauce you previously made
3. Cook on medium heat mixing in the sauce to evenly coat noodles until steam begins to rise (No sizzling)
4. Raise heat to medium-high and add chicken, shrimp, peanuts, peas, and eggs.
5. Cook until sauce is absorbed into noodles.
6. Add water 1/8 of a cup at a time until noodles are the right consistency
7. Once noodles are done add veggies and cook until they soften enough for your taste.
8. Taste a noodle (add cayenne pepper if you want it spicier but be careful)

Serving Suggestions:

1. Plate and garnish with your choice of lime wedge, parsley, and/or whole cayenne pepper.
2. Traditionally served in square plate with curved edges to aid in eating with chopsticks. If not eating with chop sticks any plate will do.
