Outdoor Cooking with The Smoker King

Here's one for you Aaron! Your a Texas Tech Alum right? You ought to like this one then.

Built by the East Texas Smoker Company this thing is unreal! Before I saw this I had never actually seen a smoker with multiple sinks, a pull out table and running water, with the exception of the concession style rigs. This set-up looks so much easier to tow, nice and low slung. There are a bunch more pics on the other end of the link I provided above.

The people at East Texas have in a relatively short time made a splash in the crowded Texas pit building community. They have made enough strides that I predict that they will stand the test of time and be around for years to come. They seem to be making inroads with their reverse flow pits. So far I am a fan of most aspects of their designs.

That is amazing. I wish I would have know a little more about pits before I moved back from Lubbock. I would have tried to start a reverse flow pit company up there.
