.... We need someone who does some catering to join us on here. Nothing like seeing pics of a good size smoker full of smoked goodies on here to make me feel good on a rainey day. Anyone? Anyone? Anyone?

Thanh you smokinj, I came in from work at 3;30 this morning after a very hard night and you changed the entire perspective of the rest of my night. Pics are great and the food looks even better. You know that pulled pork is my absolute favorite.

(Smokin J) I am interested in what is involved in doing catering/consession bbq. I know a business licence and food handlers permit are required. A solicitors permit is something that I believe is required to be mobile. I would like to be able to drive to any location where there are hungry people and let the smell do the talkin. I'm sure this is harder than it sounds. Any advice welcome.
