Deep Fryer
Cut Redfish Into Bite-Sized Cubes
Place Redfish in a Ziploc Bag with Seasoning
Seasoned Redfish Ready to Fry
Redfish are Done - look for a golden color, and they will be floating in the oil.
1. Freshly Caught Redfish
2. Lousiana Fish Fry
3. Cooking Oil (I use vegetable oil)
4. A deep fryer or a cast iron pan
1. Heat cooking oil to 350 degrees F
2. Cut the Redfish fillets into bite size cubes
3. Put the fish fry into a ziploc bag
4. Add the fish and shake to coat
5. Fry for 3 minutes or until the fish is cooked thoroughly. It will have a golden color and float when it is done
6. The meat will flake.
