1 1/2-cup of butter
4-minced garlic cloves
1-Tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
1/2-Tbsp grated lemon zest
2-Tsp lime juice
1/2-Tbsp red pepper flakes
1. Melt butter over low heat, and add vinegar
2. Add seasonings
3. Stir each time before using the chicken baste.
This is a greate baste while grilling or smoking chicken. It helps keep the moisture in while adding great flavor to the meat.
