Fried Redfish Recipe

Ingredients:

Redfish Freshly Caught Redfish
Louisiana Fish Fry Lousiana Fish Fry
  Cooking Oil (I use vegetable oil)
Fish Fryer A deep fryer or a cast iron pan

Recipe:

  Heat cooking oil to 350 degrees F
Redfish Meat Cut the Redfish fillets into bite size cubes
Shake Redfish in bag Put the fish fry into a ziploc bag
Seasoned Redfish Add the fish and shake to coat
Fried Redfish Fry for 3 minutes or until the fish is cooked thoroughly. The meat will flake.
