What about applying a spay mop? How often should I spray the ribs for 6 hours?

Hello Brian.

Glad I can help Spray the Ribs heavely about every 45 minutes. You don't want them to get dry. I would put the ribs on the pit, no mop, cook for 30 minutes, and then begin to spray every 45 minutes or so.
