Ingredients: The following is for 2 racks of baby back ribs. Marinate-over night: Rub-applied this in the morning and let it sit for 5 hrs: Glaze: Recipe: Cook for 4 hrs 15 min at 225 degrees. Spray with mixture of 3 parts cidar vinegar and 1 part olive oil every 30 minutes (and anytime you have to open the pit for any reason during this phase). Turn every hour for the first 3 hours. Start the glaze at hour 3. Glaze and turn every 15 minutes until total time is 4 hrs 15 min. Stanley |
