Ingredients:

1 1/2-cup of butter
1/4-Cup vinegar
4-minced garlic cloves
1-Tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
1/2-Tbsp grated lemon zest
2-Tsp lime juice
1/2-Tbsp red pepper flakes
1-Tsp oregano
1-Tsp cumin

Instructions:

1. Melt butter over low heat, and add vinegar
2. Add seasonings
3. Stir each time before using

Tips:

Great baste while smoking chicken. It also works for grilling chicken.
