Smoker King's Fried Shrimp Recipe

This is an excellent fried shrimp recipe I came up with awhile back. Everyone loves fried shrimp!

Ingredients:

1-Lb of Large Gulf Shrimp
1-Cup of milk
1-Egg
1.5-Cups Flour
2-Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
1/2 Tbsp Salt
1-Tbsp Garlic Powder
1-Tbsp Onion Powder

Recipe:

1. Beat the egg and add to milk
2. Mix flour and ingredients together in a bowl
3. Soak shrimp in the milk/egg mixture for 5 minutes, then dredge in the flour mixture.
4. Shake off and fry at 375 degrees F for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
