Ingredients:
1-lb. Ground beef
1-Chopped Onion
1-15oz. Can Black eyed peas with/jalapenos
1-14oz. Can Creamed corn
1-Cup shredded cheddar cheese
MIX TOGETHER-DRY
1-Cup Corn Meal
1-Cup Flour
1-Tsp Salt
1-TSP Baking Soda
MIX TOGETHER-WET
1-Cup Buttermilk
1/2-Cup Veg. Oil
2 Eggs
Recipe:
1. Brown ground beef & add onion
2. Mix wet ingredients together
3. Mix dry ingredients together
4. Mix wet and dry ingredients together, and add the Black eyed
peas, creamed corn, and meat
5. Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese
6. Pour into a greased 9x13 casserole dish
7. Bake @ 350 F for 45 to 60 minutes
8. It is done when you can stick a toothpick into the center, and
nothing sticks to it
