Homemade Pico Recipe

 

Ingredients:

2- Large Yellow or Sweet Onions - chopped
3- Jalapenos - Seeds Removed and chopped
5 - Roma Tomatoes - Chopped
2 - Limes
Salt

Recipe:

1. Combine the chopped onions, jalapenos, tomatoes.
2. Cut each Lime in quarters and squeeze the juice over the Pico
3. Sprinkle Salt over the Pico
4. Stir the Pico mixture together.
5. Close up the container and refrigerate. Shake the container every once in awhile to ensure the Pico is coated with Lime juice.

THe Pico is best served after a day of marinating in the lime juice. I like using the Pico on tacos or basically any mexican food, or by itself as an appetizer.
