Here is a great pork rib sauce recipe submitted to me by a member on our bbq forum.
1 cup Red Plum Jam
1 cup Honey
1 cup Soy Sauce.
Heat soy sauce over medium heat, then add the honey. Once that has liquified, add the jam. Once everything is liquified, its ready to use, just keep it warm. I've found that equal parts of the three ingredients provides a wonderful and excellent glaze for my ribs and also chicken. You may want to experiment to find a flavor and blend just right for you. I've substituted peach peach marmalade for the red plum jam and that is also excellent.
