BBQ Pulled Pork Nacho Recipe

There is nothing more satisifying that a big plate of pulled pork nachos afte a long day of BBQ, friends, and beer! Leftover bbq pulled pork can be used in many dishes, but my all time favorite is to make pulled pork nachos!

Pulled Pork Nachos

The basic ingredients for pulled pork nachos are chips and pulled pork. Let your imagination run wild when you choose your toppings, and you never know what you will come up with!

These nachose are a crowd pleaser, and they go fast!

Ingredients:

Leftover Pulled Pork
Tostitos Chips (I prefer the scoops)
Cheese (I use Cheddar, but any cheese will do)
Onions (Red onions work well too)
Jalapenos
BBQ Sauce

Recipe:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
Place a layer of chips on a non-greased cookie sheet
Divide your pulled pork over the top of the chips
Add onions and jalapenos
Sprinkle your favorite BBQ sauce on top
I also sprinkle a little Tony's Cajun Seasoning to give it an extra kick
Bake for 25 minutes or so, until all cheese is melted and bubbling

Serve!
